Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA)

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) is a professionally oriented postgraduate programme awarded by the Chartered Association of Continuing Education (CACE) and delivered through accredited learning centres. It is designed for aspiring and current managers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and working adults who wish to strengthen their business knowledge, leadership capability, and decision-making skills through applied and workplace-relevant learning.

The programme develops practical competence across key areas of business administration, including finance, marketing, economics, strategy, human capital, analytics, and applied business research. Duration:

6 months minimum, 12 months maximum.

Mode of Study:

Blended learning or fully online, supported by the Online Learning Portal, structured independent study, executive workshops, seminars, presentations, and workplace-based applied learning activities.

Admission:

Open to degree holders in any discipline, applicants with professional qualifications equivalent to a degree plus at least 2 years of work experience, and mature candidates with substantial supervisory or managerial experience. Applicants must also demonstrate English language proficiency sufficient to undertake a programme taught in English, or provide evidence of a qualification accepted through the EQF Evaluation Service.
